No kidding - now that made me hungry !!! I have broken it down into its various parts and am baking the spaghetti squash at this very moment. I do not have the luxury of wild foraged mushrooms - but I think of a slice of protein that could replace that. Thank you ! 

I am now creating "something" that has none of those ingredients and will not look anything like that ... I have to laugh about that. 

Haha as long as it checks those boxes to meet a craving, I'm all for it! Some of my weirdest but favorite combos were born from cravings 😅🤣 

You are brave foraging and must be very knowledgeable about mushrooms. 

I cooked and used all different items than yours shown here ... and it was very good. Thank you for the inspiration - I have been flailing in it since the CoVid experience - I am slowly losing still - but just not that inspired on the Creative edge right now.

Foraging is my motivation to hike and be outside - I don't focus on distance, I focus on what I can find. It's very rewarding! Plus there's a surprisingly large mycology community and people are generally very helpful with ID. I always get a second opinion on anything I plan to eat, even if I feel sure I'm right. 😊 

I also don't eat anything with a deadly lookalike as a personal rule. Worst case scenario I'll accept is an upset stomach 😅
