Good morning FS!! So, I have been thinking about switching from 23:1 to more like 20:4. The problem I am facing is digestion interfering with sleep. But also, it has been triggering my acid reflux again as well. I did a test yesterday, by eating at 3pm instead of 7pm, and essentially saw no difference in the process. I was still having acid reflux at night, and still kind of feeling like I was processing the meal. In other words, still very much full. I think my intestines may do a better job by splitting it up. Not sure yet, but was planning to eat the heavier portion first, and lighter portion last, and adapting a 20:4 or something similar.
Diet has gone fairly well otherwise, but I know in my head my calories need to go up a small bit. Given my stomach shrinking so much, and the processing issues, there would be no way to do that with OMAD.
I am happy, and determined though. Not feeling sickly or anything, just feel like I could approach a wee bit better :)
