LIQUID COLLAGEN - hi everyone wondered if any of you nice people had any experience on this .. could you recommend a certain brand etc … spent passed week online research- and if I’m honest it’s like a mine field .. 🤯
just finished powder & vitamin c collagen from bulk ? And currently taking collagen tablets 6 ( from Costco ) .. been about 3 weeks now .. so early days .. any help would be appreciated..👍gx

I’ve had the Reverse Life liquid but it’s quite sweet & syrupy….I now take the powdered bovine collagen.

First time using it .. Collagen & vitamin c from website - Bulk .. got the apple flavour 1kg bag about £20 I think ..

Try Norwegian Pure Marine Collagen Powder or chose the one with strawberry flavour, I got mine from Amazon as can find UK. The taste is nice also

You have all got me so curious about this now...think il look into the marine one which I'm assuming is made from seaweeds? Does it really make a difference Charlotte?

My wife uses Maxine Laceby Absolute Collagen. It's a bit pricey but we both saw a difference. She used it daily for a month and now takes it every other day.

Marine collagen is made from fish. Bovine collagen is from cows.

Thankyou for all your comments.. booylicious there are loads of good videos on YouTube - try Thomas delauer .. seems collagen type 1&3 helps towards skin /hair .. where as type 2 can help towards joints etc but it’s a big rabbit hole once you start researching… but one good point this week it’s kept me from snacking on a night 🤣🤣🤣

You can also get collagen supplements made from plants Booty, look for ‘collagen builders’ over ‘collagen supplements’. Garden of life are one of the more affordable brands.
