Made some dietary changes: more veggies, fewer starches and now my liver enzymes are great. Yay! Tried upping protein as recommended by a dietician but, as feared, ended up with kidney stones, one of which is too large to pass so tomorrow I am having a procedure to remove it. Will not be upping protein again. I should have followed my instincts. I drink lots of water too.

Oh, tr3vi28. I am so sorry to hear that we have this in common. I had it done last night and feel perfectly fine today. I don’t even need any of the pain meds they gave me. I wish you well.

Good to hear I always need the pain meds I get muscle spasms right after hate them

They gave me the meds for spasms, but so far I am good. Hopefully my decision to go back to work tomorrow is a good one.

So I have 3 new stones on my left kidney tiny ones and the one that was there last time still there but not larger lord help me atleast the one on the right is gone. How are you doing?

I was fine until I coughed. Now I feel it all… the…time. I am an elementary school teacher and that makes dealing with this even trickier since I can’t take off for the bathroom every half hour. I get it out on Friday. Sorry to hear about your stones Tr.

Yea usually how it goes take your meds don't wait for it to get worse take care hope you a fast recovery

Good hope it doesn't either best of luck👌👍keep me updated maybe we can help each other out since we have that in common 😉I see my urologist at the end of this month see what my plan is going to be as I'm not symptomatic yet

Stent removal only hurt for a few seconds. I am going to be more consistent about putting lemon and lime in my water to help keep stones from forming.🤞🤞🤞Hope all goes well for you.

yay glad to hear I just started doing the lime water too let's hope this works. Do you know if it helps dissolve the ones you already have? 🤔 is what my urologist recommend as well

I read it helps prevent, but not absorb.
