My new smart scales have been a game changer for me. Tells me 16 stats including muscle mass, water content, body fat %.
I am invisible obese, where my body fat % to muscle ratio is too high. Otherwise I look fit and I’m an ok weight.
Being able to see what’s going on in terms of muscle gain and fat % is super.
Excited to be more focused in my approach now.

I use Wellue F4-2, on an offer were £40 on Amazon.
They tell you Weight, BMI, Body Fat, Fat-free Body Weight, Subcutaneous Fat, Heart Rate, Heart Index, Visceral Fat, Body Water, Skeletal Muscle, Muscle Mass, Bone Mass, Protein, BMR, Body Age.
They sync on Bluetooth with Fitdays app on your phone to show all results. Can also sync with Fitbit if you use it.
