come on chestnut.... get back on the wagon.. I had a bad day yesterday. inside my calls. did my gym.... and put on a pound.... eh.. just gotta work at it again today... see if I get it off tomorrow  

Try to remember a new happy time you had with her over your lifetime each day. Maybe write them in a notebook. Then when you’re down you can read through all the lovely times you had with her. My memories of my mum make me happy, even though she was poorly for the last couple of years. The stories she used to tell us while she was ironing, the food she made (like hot chocolate blancmange!! And bananas in custard) and her special phrases and sayings. They really comfort me. Love to you. 

Trust me weight your not the only one who's weight rocketed, mine did to, I put on nearly a stone, just keep your head up and take your time.
