Accidentally did intermittent fasting yesterday by forgetting breakfast and lunch, so I tried to have a larger than normal dinner. Got to try a halo tops pop, it was great. I thought the scale might say I gained weight because of the change in diet pattern, but it was actually the opposite. Scale said I dropped 6 pounds overnight, which is blatant lies, but I'll take it lol. I think I'll be able to start recording my weight through the app instead of just the journal soon. I think I'll use the journal to start keeping track of my medicine. I have hypothyroidism among other things so taking the pills everyday helps, I'm sure.

Great! That loss is most likely true. Intermittent fasting is a great way to start you body burning it's on fat, and hey, is't FREE! Cuts your grocery bill down too. If you can get yourself on a low carb (or no startchy carb) routine and just eat one plate - of all it will hold - it can keep your scale moving in the right direction. I am going for weigh in tomorrow, as it will be 2 week.
