Wishing you a manageable Manic Monday 😲

Too much snow for me to make it to an early rheumatologist appt...but they switched it to a virtual visit for me later this afternoon 👏👏

I'm still having trouble eating more calories, so decided to make a few changes. I just can't eat ENOUGH salad & veggies to add up cuz I get too full. So I'm gonna try going back to REAL mayo & real butter (in moderation). Also trying to add nuts to meals. Maintenance is definitely a challenge for me. Any suggestions would be welcome, as I still haven't heard from a nutritionist since the referral. Thanks, in advance 👍🙋‍♀️

Crystal, I've been in maintenance for over a year. Your weight-loss looks comparable to mine. I still try to eat within a certain range, but calories may be higher one day & lower the next. While watching portion size I added in potatoes, rice & pasta....that while not totally eliminated during weight loss mode, I ate less often. My diet is full of healthy protein, veggies, fruit & fats like olive oil & avocado. I do have treats but I don't graze like I used to. I still weigh myself every day and have an acceptable range. A little trial & error & you should be able to figure out what works for you.

Yes, Crystal, "poke" (po-keh) is raw fish and its not for everyone BUT if u get to try a good batch, then you'll love it too...PROMISE🤙🏽 Agree with SherryeB😍
