I weighed in today at 279.9, I have had some success the last few weeks due to eating less. I am also extremely stressed.
I have been trying to eat less fast food and it seems to be helping.
Unfortunately, I restarted this weight loss focus because my son was deployed overseas and I hated what I have become. So I started paying more attention to my weight and physical conditioning.
Fast-forward to December 26th. Literally 4 months to my first weigh-in in a long time.
My son came home prematurely...he became ill in October and it only worsened as time went on.
He was sent to a hospital in Germany in November and after 3 weeks, he was sent back to the states. He spent 8 days in a Naval Hospital in Balboa, San Diego.
Last Monday, My beast of a son, a Marine's Marine was diagnosed with cancer.
He is a shell of his former self. His name is Ryan and for all those who are inclined to believe in prayer...by all means please add Ryan to your prayers.
In the meantime, stay active and focused on your bodies.
