Weighed myself this morning and the scale went up, though my friend told me about weight fluctuation and to not judge progress on the scale, not if I'm weighing myself every day, at least. Also my lack of eating enough yesterday was probably scaring my body, lol. I just finished my first full workout. I could barely do any reps for the jumping exercises... but even the most difficult I did at least 1 full rep. It also took way longer for me to complete compared to the people in the video. But alongside feeling dead and exhausted... I feel good. I'm taking my life back.

Your friend is correct, we all have body weight fluctuations on a daily basis. I don't weigh myself at all right now. Went to the clinic for first weight, and will need to purchase a scale for home use. Hard to find one for weigning over 400lbs. Those that have a weight limit of 390 or so won't read out for me. Give yourself a break from the scale,and try not to weigh more than once a week, or once every two weeks. And don't be upset when people can't "see" that you have lost weight. From my experience, I had to lose close to 60lbs before anyone could tell. I could tell because of the fit of my clothes. Hang in there, YOU are worth the effort!
