Had a real down-day yesterday! For personal reasons I'm feeling rather fragile, and unhappy times in the past have come to the front of my thoughts.

Still, today is a new day, and I remain stealy focused! :)

Need to think more positively to push away negativity!

I feel your pain. It doesn't last for ever. Tomorrow is another day. (I should know). You inspire me with all the positives you are about to take on. Its made me look at myself in the mirror. We will suppor each other. Good luck.
