I hear ya! I started over on 12/8. We're in this together. We can do this!

Keep at it. Sometimes, what our charts can't show is how much we might've gained if we weren't trying. Keep up the effort and praise yourself for it! Many people don't even try, and others have too much ego to post it when they have a gain. You're doing more than fine! ⚖️👍😊  

way to halt the skid! Prior to this current journey, I've lost and regained the same 100 lbs 3X. You didn't make that mistake and, to me, that means everything. You absolutely know what to do. Your prior successes are proof that you can do it. Make it so. 

Feel the same! We can do this, one day at a time!!! 

Just so you know that you are not alone at all - I am also here on FS walking the slow and steady - one foot in front of the other - one tiny step at a time and not looking for the over night success - It took me years to get here but I find that - Once you know something then you cannot "unknow" - Welcome to the 2nd beginning of your journey. 

right there with you, even when we fall down we gotta get back up. Even if it's baby steps keep moving forward 👍 

Knowing you made a mistake is the first part of your journey back. Take it and move forward to a better road. We all fall off but the key is to get back up brush yourself off and start again. Persistence is my key and trust me it is hard but worth it 

Know that you’re not alone. I have one year in the same situation and I plan to not get everything flush down this time. I’m with you. We can do it!
