Jillian Michaels: Banish Fat Boost Metabolism Complete Workout this is a 45 minutes circuit and I only did 30 plus 5 of the stretching, I dropped death on a pond of sweat, my arms are shaking, I can walk, I pushed myself the most that I could but I think this was too much for me on my second week, if anybody can share their own experience trying to build endurance and resistance and trying to do more, I know I can but when I'm in the middle of it I feel can´t go more, I feel that I'm getting short of breath and I know have to slow down but then at the end I feel I didn´t give my 100%. all this week I'll work on this routine and see how farther I can go.
