My plan? I try to stay within 1500 calories and I try to walk or work out a couple of times a week. That's it just now.

Why do I ask? Because when you stick to decreasing calories our body starts to adapt to this situation so you have to change every week or two.

Hiya, it works when I stick to it... it has helped me lose nearly 22lbs since March. But lately I haven't been following it too closely (life is busy, but it's not really an excuse) so I keep losing and gaining the same couple of pounds. I'd really appreciate any suggestions Dagher...always good to hear a fresh perspective 😊

In my point of view, losing weight is not only related to decreasing calories, but it is related to “ metabolism, protein, carb, and fat. There is some diet based on low carb and fat and others on low protein. Since our body is too smart we have to change our daily routine. This means we need to change our exercises, food types, and mealtime.
