Sushi or just munching on Nori? Seaweed is so good... and nori is not only good, but crunchy if roasted right. Although I buy it preroasted, since I have no idea how to roast it. 

@Shrewd- Glad to know I have somethin' in common. Is he in Japan by any chance?  

My son Jared would lose his mind! Loves sushi!! 

@Eyes - I haven't decided yet what to do with Nori. Waitin' for your talented suggestions😀. Yesterday I put 'em with Miso steaming Soup and it's yummmyy 🍜

No he just loves it! I adopted a soldier that married a Japanese pretty lady and they are often in Japan. He gifts me Japanese treats.😁 Of course he eats sushi. My husband Kayak fishes in competitions and now our soldier does too. 🎣 He videos it, so it’s so fun.😊 Have a Wonderful Wednesday!👍 

Morning Matt! That's exactly what I was thinking about! I didn't know you could roast seaweed on an electric stove; that's great to know! Once I finish all of my prepackaged roasted seaweed - I'll totally try it. I am sure it will be very good with steak.
