Nice drop 

It’s inflammation. I took Lasix yesterday. I lose a tiny bit of weight at a time. Working with my Endocrinologist🌞💜 and Rheumatologist on this. Thanks though!

I did read Qua33’s post and there is nothing she can help me with. I have multiple autoimmune issues, am considered incomplete paraplegic, but through diet change plus exercises that I can physically do, I’m still going the right direction. It’s a daily struggle did me with inflammation. I was in a wheelchair 8 years. I use my walker now more and more unless it’s a long distance. I have an unknown autoimmune deterioration of the spine abs the doctor is trying to figure it out. I’m certain he will! My Neurologist says my Neural pathways are mending due to yoga and to keep going. I plan too! Thanks again, but I can eat less than 1000 calories abs still gain 2-4 lbs if inflammation. My life. I’ll never give up!

I definitely don’t quit! It’s okay she just inspires me in a way I cannot eat. I cannot fast at all. Just life! I’m a very positive lady abs I will never give up. My Lottie-Never give up-Never stop smiling! 💜 I appreciate all the support! 💯🌈⭐️
