First time I have heard of Spider steak, leave it to you Chef Sk.17!😋😋😋😋 

Very similar in cook to flank steak Shrewd .. "Spider Steak: It's a crazy, little, muscle that looks almost like a spider web due to the striations of fat within the roundish muscle. It sits on the hip and it's main purpose is to anchor the other leg muscles to the hipbone itself. And, because cows only have 2 hips, there are only 2 Spider Steaks.“ 

Did you know that I am fasting today - liquid diet - for the day - and you are helping - I am showing "Stinky" all the food while promoting a weight loss. Thank You - that looks fantastic. 

I just love baked in one cassorole dish - potatoes quartered with sliced onions on top - with Rosemary layered and topped - just a dap of butter - not much - topped with seasoned floured skin on chicken sitting on the top - then roasted in the oven .... It smells so good - it is so aromatic and it is so tasty --- chicken grease runs down your chin - It is easy, and it is tasty. 

Just when I thought...oh, just nvm & pls feed me🍽 

Sk- It looks like you are quite a cook. This looks and sounds amazing!
