Good workout, good food day but low calories, can't begin to eat any more. Scurried around to get the car in the garage due to possible severe storms tonight. Shrimp salad for dinner, was good. Tired, hoping the weather radio stays quiet tonight.

Good night, no weather radio blasting at me. It's a love hate relationship, grins.. living in tornado alley it's handy to have. Tornado warnings last night about 30miles north. Hate it when intakes me up and nothing near by.

Me and my forest fire evacuations and you and your tornado warnings!! It's hard to get a good nights sleep! I got in a great walk last night, but ran out of daylight. Tonight the wind changed and the smoke was back. So I just took a quick walk down the block and back. Well stay safe in tornado alley. G-night! K.

Do the fire evacuations come over the weather radios? Not much usually this time of year, there was a warning though 30 miles north of me on Tuesday night. Aww to bad the smoke is back. I couldn't deal with all that smoke.
