Hmmmmmmmm....what to write, what to write? Day #2 of cleansing, going just peachy....boss approved my new equipment proposal, big sigh of relief....coworker still an annoying idiot, coughing all over now too....tired, don't know why?....finally sorting through clothes tonight, "fall" cleaning....loaded up on veggie groceries, love so many choices!....hmmmmm, I think that's it....nothing too exciting!

I definitely need to go through my closet and donate a very large pile of clothes that no longer fit. Maybe it'll be that little push I need to make certain the weight doesn't creep back up. I'll take those "nothing too exciting" days over "stressed-out and ready to punch out a co-worker" days anytime! By the way, what on earth are you "cleansing"?

Well I'm doing another AdvoCare cleanse....basically I'm just really watching my macros and trying to eat as much fresh or homemade as possible....and extra water and fiber....I hate that you have to put in EVERY ingredient though, ugh, so I've been trying to find "similar" things...I just had a few days of eating junk and this always makes me feel "lighter"...

Oh, OK. The way I eat now is basically always a "cleanse", I suppose. Everything I eat nowadays is fresh and homemade. Although I could increase my water intake a little, since I workout like a maniac on most days and sweat profusely (It's not pretty!). In fact, I know I don't drink enough water. It's my healthy achilles heel, so to speak. But I know I do compensate for it a little by eating tons of water-packed fruits and veggies. This food database can be slightly maddening, for sure. It makes me a little nuts when I type in "ginger" and "ginger ale" pops up. C'mon! Isn't this supposed to be a weight loss site? And soda is the first thing that populates when I type in "ginger"?!?! *big sigh* My food journal doesn't 100% reflect what I eat either because the database doesn't really have many organic options and I don't feel like creating new entries for all of the organic things I eat (I'm about 99% organic now.) nor do I feel like creating new entries for the specific brands I eat when I can find something that qualifies as "close enough".

Yes, you are correct...I just have had a lot of salt lately...I need to get rid of it...organic/homemade is so much better for you...
