Day 4: I’m feeling a lot better 🥰 my husband was really supportive yesterday!!! God really has everything happen for a reason! I’m normally not the vulnerable type at all so my husband seeing me hurt and upset lit a 🔥 a good one 😊 he wants me to stop fasting and do one meal a day he said that he will do it with me so we will see but I’m feeling great! Inflammation is down majorly that skin is starting to peel!!!! 🎉 no pain in my hands and I still have some pain in my neck and back but I feel better!!! My stomach feels great it was hurting a bit last night like a light cramp but all is well!

Yeah, if you are low carb healthy fat, or keto, fasting really isn't needed. You might not feel hungry every day, but skipping eating just because you set a time to not eat, that kinda goes away. OMAD or 2mad are excellent choises and still results in restricted eating window with lots of health benefits. Glad to hear your hubby is joining you. It's some much easier with support! 🙌

Yohoyoh thanks yeah I’m happy that he will be joining!!! It is a lot better with in house support! I had a couple of eggs today and cucumbers to appease him but I’m really not hungry! I don’t want to eat any longer when I’m not hungry. Have been craving some sweets but I made it through another day 😊🙌🏼🙏🏼

Mdelp don’t feel bad for me! It’s so many others that is worse off!!! I do have days that this illness is heavy on me lol literally but God grace is sufficient! I know many with autoimmune diseases that use it and stay stuck gain major weight don’t work and crawl in a hole but God has not allowed me to do that and I’m grateful! I’m not losing weight fast but I’m losing it!!!! I’m no longer in denial about the illness and the effects so that’s a plus and God has truly blessed with my husband being a little more gentle. We been married 9 years and he always jokes he’s not romantic because he’s a trucker 😂 I’m really thankful today
