Delighted with my weight loss results, and can't see any reason why the losses should stop. I've been eating LCHF for just over 5 weeks which means on average, I've lost a kilo a week!
I honestly feel so good, there're no aches or pains, my head feels clear with none of the previous fuzziness. I'm not depressed anymore because for the first time in a while I feel in control.
Bought some ketostix this morning (at the moment they have to do as I'm on the hunt for a breath test meter), and despite testing after breakfast the results said 'positive strong' which is always great to get confirmation.
The lovely assistant at the chemists (who's on the plus size) wanted to know what I wanted the ketostix for, I had to stop myself from gushing about LCHF. She looked like I used to when someone told me of some new diet or other, wondering if this is the ONE! She's off on holiday for a month, so I hope to be a few more kilos lighter when I see her again, and maybe I could gently help her. She is gorgeous, but sadly I know her size is holding her back!
I know, I know, I've got to stop me self from preaching :-)

Glad that you are constantly losing and that is about right, a pound a week the experts say. On top of that, you know your way of eating is working both mentally and physically, as others are noticing your changes. It doesn't get any better than that. You are winning!
