I received my first InBody scan since July Ana was pretty surprised by the numbers. I’m partially believing them, but we’ll see when I do another one in December. Huge gain in Lean Body Mass and drop in Body Fat Percentage. Music to my ears! 🎶

I’m fortunate for the scans. I was a bit upset with their machine until this result. Now, I kinda like it again.

Thank you all! The Body Fat % was a huge surprise since my weight is up and I wasn’t seeing gains when I was really going for it. The bulking worked well 🤣
