DAY 2: Well yesterday went well!!!! It’s crazy when you think about fasting your mind tries to sike you out and make you feel like you will starve and have no energy and that your head will hurt and be very weak! But that’s not what happened! I did get hungry but it subsided. My hands do have much pain but it is still swollen back still has pain! My stomach feels so much better! I had so much gas probably tmi but nothing has changed drastically but I don’t feel so heavy in my stomach and the bloated feeling is subsided! No matter what I can’t sleep past 6 hrs but I’m praying God works it all out! 😊

Q, you starting on keto straight from this fast? It would be easy since your body is already in ketosis due to the fast.

Yohoyoh yes I will be going straight to keto after this fast with intermittent fasting 16/8 I only lost 21 pounds in a year and I know I should’ve lost more I’ve been on the whole yo-yo diet going up and down in my weight and with the grace that God has given to me I know I could have and should have lost more. I have been in a toxic love affair with carbs and Im finally strong enough to break up with them through the grace of God😊 😅

Amazing. As you start your journey with freeing yourself from carb addiction, have you by any chance checked carbAddictDoc on YouTube? I just found him but what he is talking about is so true and I can so identify myself and my past binges and weigh fluctuations of 50lbs back and forth.

No I have not come across that yet. I will look into it anything that can help I’m for it! I have come across Dr Jason Fung and IF and just everything he teaches makes since! I’ll let you know how I like it! Thanks for sharing

He has some short videos on his frontpage, intro, human biology and understanding carb addiction 1+2. About 40 minutes total. I found him week ago and been binging on his videos for days now. There are some other great ones, but I believe he will get you going steady especially after you have already had Jason influence 😌

Yohoyoh omg just watched one video and 😮 I feel like I should join a support group or something wow 😥 yea a lot of truth there for me and one thing just blew my mind how much carbs he said orange juice have 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ My favorite drink. I literally drink water, bai bubbles and oj. I can kill a bottle of simply orange high pulp all by myself!!!! Thanks again! I want to succeed and I know it’s not just diet but my emotional state
