I made it through the holiday weekend without letting my appetite get the better of me. Faced with a delicious aray of family favorites, at my brother's house, during our Labor Day barbecue, I stayed in control. I did get a to-go plate, which will last me a few days; but, at least by spreading it out, I didn't try to eat a couple of days worth of food in one day; and I still get to have my seconds. Control is everything! :-)
