How do y'all estimate the calories in a piece of store bought punkin pie, if I don't eat the crust? Half the cals or less?

Good for you. Nothing beats the joy of pumpkin pie. I truly believe all that stored vitamins, mineral in pumpkin is really needed during entering the winter season. In some cultures interestingly pumpkin is fed to post pregnant woman because they believes it helps her be healthy. I learned this because every week for a year on Friday coming home I would get a pumpkin ice cream. One day the Korean server asked where my baby was. And it came out he thought I was having pumpkin ice cream for its healing powers rather than I’m just crazy about it. Hope you enjoyed!

You just gave me a great idea. I will make pumpkin ice cream to go along with my eggnog ice cream for the weekend.

Just enjoy it and get right back on track - the day that one piece of pumpkin pie generates all of that thought - well - you already used up all of the calories needed to digest and use up that energy by thinking about it .... Enjoy and have a great day.
