So had scrambled eggs, with sliced mini peppers , and cheese, topped with hot sauce for lunch, or should I say brunch? I am not a breakfast eater.
My son and sister think I am nuts to add hot sauce to eggs , but to me eggs are just crying out for flavor, and too bland without a little kick the hot sauce brings!
Okay guys. To hot sauce or not!!
Or do you guys go the salsa route which is really cool too!! Let me know!!

I like jalapeno ketchup, Palo alto fire fighter habanero, or salsa Verde on my eggs. Depends on how I'm feeling but I always add one of them.

I've never had hot sauce on my eggs but I do almost always add Sriracha! Not sure if that counts as the same thing.

I've done a dash or two of Tabasco sauce in scrambled eggs before. or even mixed it with my ketchup. awesome either way!

Try a side of good smoked salmon or truffle salt. Good scrambled eggs are nice with crème fraîche, salt, pepper and fresh chives.

Hot sauce! I buy canned whole chipotle peppers in salsa adoboe, puree the lot in a food processor and store it in the fridge in a clear container. love it on all manner of eggs- HB, scrambled, fried, omelet, or fritata.

I've been putting Cholula on everything even eggs. Some days it's ketchup, some days the eggs are naked.

addicted to the Herdez guacamole salsa on my hard boiled eggs. really, I'll eat it on just about anything!

Herdez guacamole salsa is the best!!! I have been known to make pizza using it instead of pizza sauce.
