So glad your daughter is recovering from what had to be a nightmare for both of you.
Parents and Wives are the toughest people when they are supporting Loved Ones. Now that she's on the mend, Please take care of yourself. I know only too well how difficult it is to shift gears from Protecter Mode!

Don’t lose yourself in the process. She needs the strongest version of you. If exercising goes on the back burner bc of time (and I understand that) make sure you still eat well! God speed to you and your little one ❤️

That is true, after my husband passing I got a kidney infection and Shingles,. it was bad. But I'm great now. My weight gain is the worst now. I gained back 23 lbs. maybe water not sure. Have a great day,. God Bless.
