I haven't been big on sharing my bad times on here, so I'll make it short. I had a 4 day weekend and got drunk every night, ate burgers and pizza basically every day. I was so dehydrated and my brain was dead today at work. I'm tired but tomorrow is back to the grind. Had broccoli and meatballs for dinner which felt good. My coworker got COVID and prevented me from seeing my father in law for Veterans day the 2nd year in a row (He served in Vietnam and I love him so much). Just very burnt out on people and this pandemic, but pushing through until spring. I am healthy and my family is safe, that's all that matters. Onwards to lifting heavy this week and recovering. Love my FS Family.

JC, you remind me how many times I have yo-yoed in my life. My heaviest about 11 years ago was 220 (somewhere in there), and I've lost about 80 lb. My big scare now is ... This time am I going to keep it off? I'm determine,d but you know how fast things change in your whole outlook gets modified.
