soooooo almost zero fat on the legs only muscle 😅 but the fat is not lost nooooo its all around my waist apparently. not summer 6 pack ready yet ladies you will have to wait a bit longer to gaze at my awesomeness lol i am entering the dad bod arena now bloatedness does not help for the measurements but will get there 💪

Lol i am comfortable in my skin the problem is the clothes that has to package it 🤣 i was skinny then big now i just want to be average dont want to look like arnold just toned... and desirable like a present 😁

@panda .... i think the minimum qualifying criteria for a dad bod is being a dad lol still need to work on that part
