I have a🙋 question does anyone else get cold more now that you have loss weight ? Because I do and I ask my Grandson he is 10 just joking if I should put some weight back on and he said well no Nana just put on a thicker blanket lol😂

Yes, and in summer everyone complains about the heat and the sweating while you feel quite comfortable. Harder to take layers off when you're already naked.

Personally, I think it has more to do with metabolism than weight.
I have an average weight of about 60kg, but my body temperature is stable at 36.5°, which makes me hot.

I feel like I am ravenous more often when it's cold. Like right this moment. All of my outfits are layers, so I don't really feel the cold itself, but I sometimes change appearance three or four times. Socks, sweaters, etc.

Brenda, I find that I'm freezing all the time. I often put on a jacket while sitting in my office at work. On my way home, I turn the heat on in my car even when its warm out.

Could be that you have less insulation but if you're a lot colder than even others your size you might want to have your thyroid checked.

Cobby, I do take thyroid medicine when I went to the doctor on the 18th of last month it was high so she lowered my medication to try to bring it back down to normal!

I am absolutely frozen whether fat or thin. Sleeping with a giant comforter and quilt. Blasting my heat in my car as soon as it's 60 degrees or less. 🤷🏻♀️🙃
