Been feeling quite demotivated over the last two weeks or so.
There are so many uncertainties in my life at the moment which makes me just want to do a whole lot of nothing. Got to pull myself out of this slump 🥴
Need to refocus and get back to eating clean. I know that will increase my energy levels and make me feel better.

We are currently in the same boat... Started again today pushing for clean fasts and better food choices. Stress sometimes makes these choices so hard.

We literally in the same position right now... It's so hard for me to focus on gym because I have so much to do and I'm even planning a kids party for my daughter. I'm at your stage. However I'm going to try push myself a little. I'm also thinking of doing something a little different to my workouts till I finish my programme. But the main aim is to continue. I think I need to do a solo sport or a sport with people in germany

@bandac3012 you’ve got so much going on right now but you can do it ❤️ just do your best and don’t be too hard on yourself until you’re settled. I think joining an active club is a great idea once you get there! So excited for you😁

@she-ri-ta I know 😭😭😭but I wanna be 79 kg before I fly at least. I just know being busy and trying to settle will exhaust me and won't allow me to focus on my health too much

@she-ri-ta First off I'm so sorry for all the uncertainty surrounding you currently. My advise is pretty simple I suppose: Uncertainty always has us looking into the future. We unfortunately can't control what happens in the future (if you're still alive to see the future). You are however HERE... IN THE NOW. The decisions you make in the NOW will however have an effect on your future. Close your eyes for a second and imagine who you want to be in the future. NOW... Make your decisions in the NOW based on that. YOU'LL GET THERE. YOU'VE GOT THIS!!!!

@she-ri-ta i can imagine how absolutely overwhelming it all seems. Maybe instead of an overhaul which can be intimidating start small. incorporate more veggies instead of cutting out junk. pair the usual snacks with berries or nuts. etc. know you are not alone.

Thanks @countess foliculer :) I'm not too stressed about my 'diet' as I've figured out what works best for my body over the last few months. Just been down after my last vaccination and said yes to cookies and chocolates and ice cream a bit more than I should've. My body also needed some time to recover but I'm back on track now, feeding off those post-workout endorphins :D As for the uncertainties, we'll just have to wait and see what the future brings :)
