I haven't weighed in for about 4 months! I moved house and towns less than two months ago, and it was, still is, hard for me.

And still, after having emotional eating under control for a long time, it spiralled out of control during this period.

I gave in to binge-eating everything in sight, especially in the evening, which is the worst time!

and, of course, my exercise regime suffered as well.

BUT! I'm nót giving up!

I'm picking myself up by the boot laces once again, and starting over.

I pray God will give me the strength through the power of Holy Spirit, to have self-control, and self-discipline, and to love my body, and therefore only feed it nourishing food and beverages.

I can do this, with His help!!!💪🙌🙏
