I stopped drinking sugar in my coffee many years ago and I've never gone back...I actually feel sick if I drink coffee with sugar in it....for me, it completely destroys the flavor of the coffee which is what I love

reduce the amount of sugar half a teaspoon every couple of days. I did this many years ago worked like a charm.

are there anything negTive about canderel? i also recently discovered it.

@LenevDM nope , non that I know of. I did some reading on sweetners and nothing about canderel came up that was negative. Some of my relatives from my mom's family are diabetic and they have beeeeen using canderel since forever and nothing has happened to them that's a result of its use . I personally like it because it doesn't have a bitter aftertaste , besides tea or coffee I use it for cooking too .

canderel has been working for a long time it's also cheaper than other sweeteners
