I eat what ever I want but I need some help with maybe eating better who has some ideas for me I like more foods.

Add veggies veggies and more veggies! The more you eat the faster you will feel full, and they are delicious and full of nutrients - and fibre, which becomes a lot more important as you reduce the amount of food you are eating! And keep your protein intake up - it’s tempting sometimes to cut them because they are higher in calories but they are vital to your health and to your success.

be carefull some vegg makes bad bloating lol , try chicken with rice or sweet potatoes, maybe meatballs made with turkey ? or rice paper wraps :) its hard girl i struggle so bad with food

try to eat protein at every snack & meals. The protein gonna make you feel more full longer and also don't forget to eat some carbs (small portions) they gonna give you the energy you need during the day! I will say no limit in veggies . I eat around 6x in a day :)

I like to switch out items for healthier where I can, like natural peanut butter, mayo for vegan mayo, cutting out drinks with added sugar, lower fat milk/ swapping for almond and oat milk etc. using avocado oil for cooking

portion size is a big factor for me, otherwise I just eat everything. nuts and seeds are normally good for protein!

Ok my big thing is take-out and pops like Dr Pepper I try only to have one bottle a day. And having an ice Capp from Tim Hortons also that’s what I normally have to drink in a day I do like water but the water that I have at my house has a lot of chlorine in it.

Try the mediterranean diet. It is the healthiest and it is so delicious. Look up for some recipes !

you need a food scale. you've got almost no chance without one if you like food like me. you need to be very precise with the caloric intake. working out alone is not enough. I lost 30lbs last year with weightlifting and diet. as soon as I started to wing it with the food I put 10 back on. get a scale, eat healthy, eat some fun stuff too and workout consistently. you can do it.

I suggest learning your body type, mesomorphic, endomorphic, or ectomorphic. This type roughly determines what your macro nutrients should be, and how sensitive you are to carbs. I wish I knew this 10 years ago
