awwwww, yes you are loved! If anyone can control their weight while on meds, I know it will be you. You can do it. I have TOTAL faith in you. We need to get you a license plate that says "Imluvd2" :-)

gosh i can't imagine having to make that decision... is it the meds he orders will make do one not the other? the important thing is you do know how to control your diet and are confidant you can... just focus on you now. YOU have to come first.  

the issue with the meds is that my body adjusts very quickly to what i injest...so this is a liquid that you spray on your arm and it is supposed to be taken in directly by the blood and therefore not processed in the liver...so with the liver processing the low blood pressure meds and then the blood getting the full amount of the estrogen - the weight gain is unavoidable... 

Between a rock and a hard place. FWIW-I think you made the right choice.  

isn't that what susan summers did on the oprah show or she does shots? i forget... how does she stay thin. oh wait. did you see that show? she is on a strict diet/excercise! research your options all you can before you start.  

I'm also in a similar situation (but with PCOS not menopause). My medication and condition makes it very hard to control my weight, but I'd rather not be crazy and have healthy insides than loose weight easier. I think you made a great choice and stick to it! Wishing you all the best!

I am glad to hear you are doing well and that everything came back ok. I can understand the frustration of having to choose weight loss or symptom control. It is not easy but knowing you are eating healthy and making healthy choices matters so much! I know I sound like a broken record but while the weight loss is nice it is so important to eat healthy and make better choices no matter what the scale may say.  

I think you made the right decision. And yes, we gotta think about the good we have in life at all times...so as to not lose sight of ourselves when things don't go as planned. You are definitely loved by many many here, too! Don't ever forget that! xoxoxo.
