Game changer! 

Scale twins!! I absolutely love this thing. Just zero after adding each ingredient instead of sitting there measuring everything with cups  

Cool friend. One of my smart watches is doing some smart BF estimation and other body metrics too. 

All this time I thought I was right about estimating my portions but it makes a huge difference. I weighed my bagel and the package said it was 280 calories but when I weighed it the calories was 209 I have been logging in more calories than I expected. It is a game changer. 

what is the name brand and where to find 

I use mine everyday 

I got it on Ebay for $8 unnamed brand.

A scale is absolutely invaluable! 

I have the same one, it's so easy to use!!! 

They are wonderful so much easier to read compared to my old WW set.
