Hello All, I am back from Hastings and had a wonderful time, the rain was awful but it didn't spoil my weekend. I was there for my friends not whingeing about the pour down. We had a yummy meal and brilliant company and that to me is the best ever. Back on track Tomorrow. Merry Mel.

Hi Merry Mel…am just along the road in Bexhill but my FS sun is visiting Hastings Old Town pubs cos I love my real ale and probably why I’ve plateau’s cos done too much of that whilst I’ve been off work too 🤦‍♂️

Brilliant, I moved down to the coast in Hastings 6 years ago.... The food is fantastic here....but not good when your trying to diet! I've put on 4 stone since living here! But I'm determined to shift it!!!
