never ❤. always write. get that mess of emotions out. those emotions..bottled up, often turn into food. no reason to feel ashamed for long. feel it, see where it started and why, then smile and hold your head up. ❤

Home sickness makes me always feel so depressed. Been that way all my life. When facing the uncertainty of just how the heart cath will go...makes it worst. As the date gets closer I get worse..I know I need to suck it up. And I will, just need a self pity party for now. and Keep the faith in God that it will be ok. Thanks for the kind words. I hear you- honestly I do and will pull out of my down sprial. (((HUGS)))) 

There is no shame in feeling lonely. It happens to the best of us. Thankfully you have some (a LOT) of support and encouragement here on FS. When is your procedure? 

10/07/2021. First one was canceled due to no Insurance Approval. Have been staying home and not going anywhere- even though I have had both shots- I am not taking any chances. My husband has been having some very bad balance days and he gets so frustrated and depressed. So we are a mess. Thank God we do not have our "bad " days on the same day. He has his EMG to see if there is a pinched neve in his lower back on Friday - but his doctor keeps changing the appointment and will not be seeing hin until 12/2021. Crazy
