You need to check the ensure - one being offered has 100% caffeine in it. I bought it once and it really messed with the medications I take.

Ya, I wouldn't get any of it anyway, but stores carry it cuz Drs we're prescribing it for elderly, and then their friends wanted in on it too cuz of that... Last time I looked it was mostly fat... Dunno if that's changed since.
