And I have finally made it back here, with new promises to myself that this time will be different, its day 2 of starting over and so far so good.

After gaining 3kgs from comfort eating ( my husband was stuck in Iraq for 14months and bread and cheese filled the void) I know it could have been a lot worse it could have been 30 instead of 3 but I'm not gonna be hard on myself about it, if I cry over every cookie I eat I'm not going to have much time for anything else. I just need to stop myself from eating the whole box of cookies.

I feel more at ease about it this time, not fad diets, no starving myself or restricting myself from the food I love, I'm just going to use a smaller plate, eat slower so I don't over eat and make the better choices as much as I can.

I know that I am surrounded by people that understand and will support me on my days and cheer with me on my good days.
