Somebody please come take all the food out of my house! Thanks! Ever since I recorded a weight gain I have been non stop shoveling food in my mouth. It's like my mind has decided, well it was fun while it lasted but time to put the weight back on. I've been going back over the food journals from the time I lost weight and trying to decide what to eat today based on them. Spent some time this morning with my hula hoop and then went jogging around my house. Inside. Because I don't jog, and would probably die if I were outside. I've been missing being able to check in here, but between work and eating I have been super busy. End of the month is always the busiest time for me.

Out of sight. Out of mind. I will be right over to take that tempting food AWAY. you know? I did the same thing. Lost 10 pounds and seemed to decide "Oh well. That's far enough. Time to turn around and go to Fat Town now." We have got to cut this out. Come on. We can do it.

I have a 13yo daughter... maybe not. lol I almost think I've been bored. I don't know how that is possible, but I think I've been eating just out of boredom sometimes. Ok, I like to do crossword puzzles, I need to clean the bathroom, I REALLY need to organize my work supplies, I've been trying to train my cat to walk on a leash. I CAN NOT BE BORED! Teacher I live in a Lustron house in the middle of a bunch of 4 story houses. I'm not hard to find. lol

I LOVE those Lustron houses! i had a boyfriend in high school who lived in one. How cool is that!

Come on Girl get with us! We need you and your support . You know what I say every time I want to binge "I can't let me buddies down on Fat Secret . I want to show them I can do this with their help. Get back on your path and stick to it. Those binges are only hurting you and will make you feel so bad afterwards. We don't want you to feel bad, we want you to be happy. Forget they happened and start again.

Teacher I wondered if you would know what a Lustron house is. I LOVE living here! They were SO ahead of their time. The amount of storage built in is phenomenal, and while they aren't 100% maintenance free It's amazing that I live in a 67 year old house that has never been painted. I take that back. It had a Chinese owner that didn't know about the history and painted the doors and bookcase black and red. Sorry I geek out a little when I talk about this house.

LOL, they do like the girls, they will be 13 in Oct. They also I don't think ever stop eating! They are very active so are thin and in good shape with all the sports they do. You can do this..when my body does that I know I'm missing something. I change thing a bit. I go back and look at my last couple weeks. Maybe I'll add more meat, or veggies, or maybe more complex carbs. Seems to work for me.
