I can meet my daily carb goal, but can't get enough protein and get too much fat. Anyone have any tips?

my tip, worry about calories and protein. vitamins as well. other than that, macro percentages don't matter.

eggs, almonds, chicken breast, cottage cheese, Oatmeal, protein powder, hemp seeds, pistachios, Parmesan, Swiss, Greek Yogurt, broccoli, quinoa, tuna - there are more just Google. The trick is the balance. My coach says per meal - it is a palm size of protien, fist size of veggies, fist size of carbs, thumb size of fat, as much as you want of any zero calorie green.

Choose lean proteins: Fish, Beans, Chicken, Turkey, Pork, Beef. Cut away the fat or just choose lean cuts only. Also, if you have a fatty-protein, cook it and place in fridge, over-night, then in the morning you can skim-off any excess fat. Works wonders for soups/gravies too. (*_-)

I saw this and your other post about cutting cream from your coffee... 🥛 ☕ Not sure if it's for you, but I'm in the midst of making the switch from creamers to Premier Protein (Vanilla). Ups my protein by 38g/wk, and drops my fat by about 42g/wk (coffeemate hazelnut). While it may not solve 100% of the battle, it's helping on two fronts! At $7.99/4-Pack it may be worth a try.

When I'm looking for very low fat protein bursts, my go tos are: real Turkey deli lunchmeat like Boar's Head at 11 grams in 2 oz for 60 cals, Chicken of the Sea 2.5 oz pink salmon packet at 13 grams protein for 70 cals and, finally, Pacific Pearl smoked oysters in water for 110 cals and 18 grams of protein. 0% Greek yogurt like Fage also works, 90 calories & 18 grams protein. For all of these I will most often eat them as is or with celery, cucumber, or fresh tomatoes. No fat in those either. Gooduck.

I've been trying to up my protein and I'm finding it hard to keep the calories in check without living off of whey powder and egg whites (yuck!)
