Sundays are difficult for me. The family loves a lunch of cheese and crackers and it’s so many calories! It kills most of the gains I make in the week. But it’s family and we press onward and forward. Have a good weekend 

Mondays are always my heavy days. then throughout the week it levels off 

What's on the menu? Family meals are definitely a danger zone. Also, cooking & tasting r where the extra hidden calories come in. Besides the binges of course. 

Cod with onions and potatoes (in butter and cream of course), then crème brûlée. 66% fat 😮 

🤤Do you have one of those mini torches? The r fun to use. 

U R dangerous. When I do potatoes now I do 1/2 Cauliflower.. To split the difference..For dinner parties. Yellow Yukon gold + Cauliflower = happiness. 

Nope going traditional with the broiler. First time I try. Also first time using real vanilla. 

Vanilla bean is the bomb.😋 You'll never want to go back.
