ok so the good news is I am sort of maintaining 166 I've had a really bad month and cheated ALOT on the weekends and the workouts with weights has seized for the past two weeks. I used my 10 day cold as an excuse!! So now I am in a little bit of a rut and I'm looking into doing crossfit for a month. since I am having trouble motivating myself to get back on track. The doctor just informed me that I am 5'3 LOL` boy was I in denial I thought i was 5'5 I MUST have shrunk in height! So now my goal of 155 is still not the right weight for me but it is still my first goal. I know I look my best at 134 so i guess I will make that my 3rd goal. BUT according to charts I am suppose to be 118 since I am actually small-med boned oh well screw it as long as I am healthy. yeah right LOL

Good job planning to shake yourself out of your rut. Having small goals along the way is the way to do it. Don't even think about the charts. Get to where you know you look and feel good. Sorry about the height, but we all experience it to one degree or another.
