Not today. Going for quick meatless lunch. Watercress sandwiches.
Chopped very fine. Smear of room temp Kerry gold butter to glue it to fresh pullman bread. Reminisce of an old fav. like cucumber sandwiches I was having in the summer.
Traditional pork cooked watercress soup takes too long, heats up the house. Still looking to find time for pm walk.

Tai, I prefer whole pork, My sis-in-law uses an entire lean center cut pork chop. Cube porkchop, cook until everything is super tender. It's so flavorful, I can do no sodium for this soup. A great humble winter meal or starter.

Sound tasty, I'll try the whole pork next time. Watercress is good, I usually buy 2 bunches and eat the whole thing in one meal.
