Okay, So I've been smashing my head against the wall with this food thing for a few years now. I attributed my weight gain to the compulsive eating and stress that comes from marital breakdown and deaths in the family.

Frankly, I didn't think my eating had changed much. I still don't actually see it. I did however figure out what was really doing me in.

I'm lactose intollerant and any greasy meat gave me gut rot and headaches. So, I've gone completely vegitarian for the last two weeks. Not one bout of stomach upset and only one headache but that was on a day that I was working on a high amount of stress. None of you care about that but here's the deal. I've eaten as much or more than I ever did in the last week and I've dropped from a start weight of 322 (honestly) to this morning the scale said 310.

I know vegitarianism seems like a radical change but with the advent of all the meat substitutes out there the change really doesn't change much as far as the dinner table goes. You fry something that looks and tastes a lot like meat you sit and eat it...with proper seasoning it is identical save for the fat and cals from the meat. Trust me creatures I never even considered tofu a food until recently but now I can't see a reason not to eat it.
