Am feeling better with the carb withdrawal. DH offered me ice cream last night and I didn't think twice about declining.

Off now to pack my food for the work day.

My DH really supports me... even tho he buys and eats the high carbs, he hides the candies, ice cream and chips it from me.... I can find it if I'm desperate for the junk, but out of site is usually out of mind. Keep up the good work.
