Shouting out a big "hello" to all my friends. I've missed all of you bunches. I'm home for the weekend with my dear sweet hubby. Tomorrow is date night. We may go out to dinner just haven't decided where to eat out. I'm actually going to treat myself to a trip to the beauty shop tomorrow to have my hair washed and styled, nothing fancy. Anyhow I got the results from the doctor visit I had last week. Here they are:

Total CHOLESTEROL: 141
HDL-CHOLESTEROL: 34 Normal is over 40.
LDL-CHOLESTEROL: 89 Normal is less than 130.
TRIGLYCERIDES: 89 Normal is less than 150.

No sign of diabetes. Kidney function test is normal. Liver test is normal. The electrolytes (sodium, potassium, and calcium) are normal.

These results have made me very happy. A little over a year ago I was in serious trouble healthwise. I was near type two diabetic, very high blood pressure, cholesterol through the roof, and on 15 different medications. I thank God for bringing me to Fatsecret.
