Started on new meds and have been sleep eating again...woke up in a plate of peanut butter and apple slices glued to the front of my gown and my internet power cord..wth??!! And what is up with the sudden peanut butter craving lately? I cant seem to get enough of the stuff...I really limit the carbs. Only allowing myself the occaisional granola or energy bar..but I always get peanut butter. I've been eating pb and apple slices...and even using the reduced calorie Jif...it adds up quick. I guess I will just have to stop buying it the same way I stopped buying the Yoplait whips.

I am a lover of peanut butter too. I had fallen asleep in my recliner early then woke up around 1:30 a.m. and hadn't taken my evening meds yet, which require food. I sliced up an apple and seriously thought about peanut butter but was able to resist. Sometimes, though, when I see Reese's Peanut Butter cups while standing in the checkout line at the store, my resistance falls apart. :-(
