Happy Monday Friends!!! No, I didn't log all weekend, I'm so naughty! We had so much going on and while I didn't eat all that badly, I had quite a bit of alcohol and pop. Shame, shame on me! Believe me, my gut is paying the price, should have bought stock in Zantac and Pepto. I had a blast though, went back home for 3 days so I got to see all my friends and family, I miss them so much! Our friends threw a gigantic 4th of July party complete with an hour and a half of fireworks. My husband went a little sparkler crazy and lit my new dress on fire by accident....yeah, you read that right! In the process of getting the slag off of me I broke my favorite necklace too! Yikes! All in all though, I feel very blessed this Monday. Off to get groceries tonight. I love buying groceries, I'm so weird!! Oh PS, I'm down 3.2 inches from last week, booyah! :)

Looks as if you really "lit the place up" for the 4th of July celebration. Your consumption of "pop" goes right along with my "Acid-Alkaline" approach. Acidic foods like soda and meat and citrus play havoc with our tummies. Take care!

I am not gonna lie, I am hurtin' today.....and I know that's why, I NEVER drink pop and maybe a beer or two once a week...

Dang Socolova, I'm afraid to party with you guys. I'm glad you are safe and was not wearing highly flammable material. Yikes! Ok, let detox day begin. Feel better.

Sounds like you really got into the whole "light up the 4th" thing, LOL! Glad you're ok, & KUDOS on the inches lost. I so envy you for that! ;)

Thanks! It was a welcomed surprise, I'm doing the No Scale Challenge so who knows what I actually weigh lol
